Contract Terms

• A simplified contract outlining project parameters must be signed by SPW and client before work begins.
• Completion of project is dependent on client providing all pertinent information, including artwork, specific documentation, and logos.
• Client agrees to a 50% deposit upon contract signing, with remaining 50% to be paid at completion of assignment.
• A project is considered completed when all aspects of original contract have been met.  Short-term projects must have their own contracts.
• I am not a developer or designer.  All proposals are for content only.
